URBAN RETREAT 
Friday + Saturday + Sunday
9:30am – meditation (optional)
10:00am – 12:00pm – Asana practice
2:30 – 4:30pm – Restorative class
$210 for all classes or $40 for drop-in per class
priority given to those attending entire workshop
Due to the workshop, classes on Saturday, 1/17 are cancelled.
