Schedule
Schedule refers to weekly group classes. Private sessions are available in-person or remotely via zoom, inquire for more info. To attend streaming classes you must preregister by sending an email and prepay at least 20 minutes prior to class to receive the invite. Online classes will open 5-10 minutes before start time.
Reservations are required for every class. Please arrive before class begins.
Please note that the studio will be closed January 17 & February 6 -14, 2026.

5:30 – 6:45pm, Beginners ongoing (in studio only)
9:30 – 11am continuing Iyengar with Shannyn (hybrid)
WEDNESDAYS
6:00 – 7:30pm all levels Iyengar with Shannyn (hybrid)
THURSDAYS
9:30 – 11am continuing Iyengar with Shannyn (hybrid)
12:00 – 1:00pm beginners class (in studio only)
SATURDAYS (no class 1/17 due to urban retreat)
8:30 – 10am continuing Iyengar with Shannyn (hybrid)
10:30 – 12pm all levels Iyengar with Shannyn (hybrid)

* Prices are based on single person attendance, additional $55 per person, up to six people. Please inquire for larger group rates. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charge full fee.

Come to all classes with an empty stomach and comfortable clothes.
If attending in-person sessions, bring your mat and be perfume free.
